Red and Blue have been trained by law enforcement to follow commands in Arikara, Lissa’s Native language. In the short term, Lissa hopes to acquire a cargo van for herself and the dogs to live in when they are called out to search. Eventually, she dreams of developing a center near her home of White Shield, North Dakota where women in recovery from violence and addiction can stay while they assist her in training dogs to search for missing people.
